100,000 SQFT Production Facility
Our 100,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art factory and showroom is ideally located just 30 minutes from central London and ideally positioned for efficient distribution and client management with great travel networks.
Our factory is equipped with the very latest CNC machinery and technology which is continually updated to make sure we are always leading the way and continue to offer the very best service to our valued customers.
Our factory operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which means we have efficient manufacturing capabilities and allows us to meet the most demanding projects and tightest lead times.
Our factory is also home to:

Our factory is military accredited allowing us to meet all our projects with the pin point precision and accuracy from start to finish.
Design Team
Our designers have a wealth of experience in fenestration systems, sheet metal and other complimenting materials as well as the construction industry. All our designers come with a wealth of knowledge and expertise and have engineering backgrounds from the UK’s leading establishments, meaning they fully understand the manufacturing and production process and the in-depth needs of our customers and their projects. They can give advice throughout your project and offer the best possible solutions.
Our design team are fully equipped with the latest software, so we have the capability to provide:
- Revit & BIM –certified Autodesk revit engineering for BIM integration
- 8 AutoCAD designers produce engineering and approved drawings
- All of our designers are S.A.F.E Registered (Schueco accredited Fire Experts) to ensure full compliant design of fire rated products and systems
- Production is automated and tracked using LogiKAL, Schucal and SchuCAD
- Help with writing compliant NBS specifications and preliminary design work is offered
In-House Finishing | PPC, Wet Spray, Electro Plating and more.
The final step in our manufacturing process is our paint and metal finishing. This crucial phase is done by our dedicated department who ensure the highest quality finish is achieved which compliments the seamless welds on our windows! Each finish is fully backed with standard warranties of 10-12 years, which can be extended up to 25 years for enhanced pre-treatments and processes.
